Office plants for Sandy Springs and Perimeter Center

Interior plantscaping and maintenance for the Perimeter's multi-tenant towers, medical offices, and corporate headquarters.

Row of snake plants in planters across an open Sandy Springs office

Perimeter Center is one of the largest office concentrations in the Southeast, and it sits in our backyard. Sandy Springs and the Perimeter add multi-tenant towers, corporate headquarters, and the medical offices of Pill Hill along the 285/400 interchange.

Multi-tenant buildings are their own discipline: property management sets the rules, the plantings are shared building amenity, and consistency across tenants matters. That's a very different job than a single-tenant office, and it's one we do regularly.

Where we work

The buildings we work in

Sandy Springs properties we plant and maintain

Multi-tenant Perimeter towers

Property-management-run buildings where the planting program is part of a shared, maintained standard across the property.

Medical offices (Pill Hill)

Clinics and medical suites where low-scent, low-allergen, easy-to-sanitize-around species are the priority.

Corporate headquarters

Single-tenant buildings where the program supports recruiting, brand, and daily employee experience — not just the front lobby.

Local know-how

What Sandy Springs buildings require

The details that decide whether a plant program thrives or quietly fails.

In property-managed multi-tenant towers, the plant program usually has to be consistent building-wide and approved by management. We're used to working under that structure and documenting what we do.

Medical suites call for restraint: low-scent species that won't aggravate allergy or asthma patients, kept away from clinical and equipment zones, and scheduled so maintenance never disrupts patient flow.

Perimeter has one of the metro's worst traffic pinch points at the 285/400 interchange. Route grouping matters here more than anywhere — visits are scheduled by sub-market so they happen when they're supposed to.

How a program works

Design, install, maintain

One team for the whole cycle, so nothing falls between vendors.

01

Design

We read the light, the traffic, and the finishes, then specify species and planters that fit the space instead of a generic package.

02

Installation

Delivered and installed on the building's schedule — docks, service elevators, after-hours windows and COI requirements included.

03

Maintenance

Scheduled watering, pruning, pest treatment, and replacement — so the plantings look the same in month eighteen as in week one.

Questions

Sandy Springs office plant questions

Yes — Perimeter, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and the surrounding north-Atlanta market are core territory for us and sit on a regular route day.

Yes. We work with property management on building standards, access, and scheduling, and we can deliver a single program that covers shared areas and individual tenant suites.

Yes. For medical offices we specify low-scent, low-allergen species, keep plantings clear of clinical zones, and schedule maintenance so it never interrupts patient care.

Yes. Starting with a lobby or a single floor and scaling once the program proves itself is common, and it keeps the initial commitment small.
